Perfect for Fixed Locations As the name suggests, this machine is ideal for fixed locations where mobility isn’t required. It offers versatile installation options, capable of being mounted on a wall or a stand, either inside or outside your wash area.
A major benefit of a stationary setup is equipment preservation. By mounting the unit away from the immediate cleaning zone, you keep the machine away from dirt, grime, and heavy foot traffic, helping to extend its lifespan.
Built to Resist the Elements Industrial environments can be tough on equipment, particularly regarding moisture and corrosion. We have constructed the machine’s frame from 304 stainless steel. Crucially, we also use a 304 stainless steel enclosure for the control box. This construction ensures there is no concern about rusting, even in damp conditions.
Intelligent Pump Protection We believe a pressure washer should be smart enough to protect itself. These units are manufactured using 4-pole, slow-revving motors (1450rpm) and low-pressure or zero-pressure unloader valves.
Most importantly, they feature an automatic stop/start time delay function. If the machine is left running without the trigger being pulled, the unit will automatically shut down. To restart it, you simply pull the trigger. This feature is critical as it helps protect the pump from overheating and destroying itself internally if accidentally left running.
Versatile Power for Any Industry While these are “cold water” machines, they are highly adaptable. They are perfect for the car detailing industry and food processing companies because they can be converted to accept HOT water directly through the pump (up to 65 degrees Celsius).
