Set and Forget: The Enduring Power of Stationary Cold-Water Pressure Washers

When it comes to industrial cleaning, sometimes the best solution isn’t one that moves around—it’s one that stays put, ready to work whenever you are.

At Jetblaster, our Stationary Cold-Water Pressure Cleaners have been a staple of our range for over a decade. Designed 15 years ago and still in high demand today, these machines are state-of-the-art, compact, and incredibly durable.

If you are setting up a wash bay, a food processing facility, or a car detailing workshop, here is why a stationary unit might be the perfect fit for your business.

Ideal for Fixed Locations As the name suggests, these machines are designed for fixed locations. They offer the flexibility to be mounted on a wall or a stand, either inside or outside your wash area. A major advantage of a stationary setup is protection; by mounting the unit away from the immediate wash zone, you keep the machinery away from dirt, grime, and heavy foot traffic, extending its operational life.

Built to Resist Rust Industrial environments can be harsh, which is why build quality is non-negotiable. Our stationary machines feature frames constructed from 304 stainless-steel. We also use a 304 stainless-steel enclosure for the control box, meaning you never have to be concerned about rusting, even in wet environments.

Intelligent Engineering and Safety We believe in building machines that protect themselves. These units are manufactured using low-pressure or zero-pressure unloader valves and rely on 4-pole, slow-revving motors running at 1450rpm.

Crucially, they feature an automatic stop/start time delay function. If the machine is left running but the trigger isn’t being pulled, the unit will shut down automatically. To restart it, you simply pull the trigger again. This intelligent feature prevents the pump from overheating and destroying itself internally if accidentally left on.

Versatility: More Than Just Cold Water While these are classified as cold-water machines, they are incredibly versatile. They are perfect for the car detailing industry and food processing companies because they can be converted to accept hot water directly through the pump, handling temperatures up to 65 degrees Celsius.

Power Ranges to Suit Your Needs No two jobs are the same, which is why we offer a variety of performance specifications. Our standard range includes pressures from 1500psi up to 3000psi, with flow rates ranging from 12 litres per minute up to 30 litres per minute.

Available versions include:

  • 1500psi @ 12 litres/min
  • 2000psi @ 13 litres/min
  • 3000psi @ 15, 21, or 30 litres/min

(Note: If you love these specs but need mobility, these machines are also available as mobile units.)
