Rust-Free, Stainless-Steel Construction
Industrial wash bays are naturally wet environments, which makes rust a constant enemy. To combat this, the machine’s frame is constructed entirely with 304 stainless-steel. We also use a 304 stainless-steel enclosure for the control box, ensuring there is absolutely no concern about your machine rusting over time.
Intelligent Pump Protection
A truly reliable machine needs to protect itself from operator error. All of our stationary machines are manufactured using low-pressure or zero-pressure unloader valves alongside 4-pole, slow-revving motors operating at 1450rpm.
Crucially, they feature an automatic stop/start time delay function. If the machine is left running without the trigger being pulled, the unit will automatically shut down. To restart it, the operator simply pulls the trigger. This smart feature is vital, as it helps protect the pump from overheating and destroying itself internally if accidentally left on.
Hidden Versatility:
Ready for Hot Water While they are classified as cold-water units, they boast a hidden capability. These machines are perfect for the food processing and car detailing industries because they can be converted to take hot water directly through the pump, handling temperatures up to 65 degrees Celsius.
